Deliveries available to MUSC, Roper St Francis and East Cooper Hospitals.

When delivering to hospitals, please note many do not allow latex balloons. We recommend foil or the new long lasting plastic balloons.

Delivery Procedures

Residential Deliveries:

We will call ahead to try to provide the best available delivery time.  If no one answers, a call back number will be provided.  We will make every effort to make the delivery when someone is there.  If no one is available when a scheduled delivery is made, a card will be left on the door and the delivery will be left at a neighbor if possible.  As a very last resort, the delivery will be left outside.

School deliveries:

Many Schools have restrictions on balloon deliveries.  Please contact the school for permission first, and please provide a contact person to receive the delivery.

Business Deliveries:

Many people take their Birthdays off as a personal holiday.  Please check to make sure they plan to be there that day, or order it for the day before.  Please provide a contact person that can be called if the delivery is to be a surprise. The delivery will be left at the office if they are not there, for the following day.

Secure Offices

Many large businesses have secure access.  It is required to leave the delivery with either a receptionist or the mail room.  We will try to contact the person telling them the delivery is ready for Pick Up.

Hospital Deliveries:

Most hospitals ban latex balloons due to latex allergies.  Foil balloons are typically accepted.  But please check if the patient can accept balloons.  (An ICU area may not accept balloons) Also please include Floor and Room number.

Return Policy:

We reserve the right to deny returns.  Returns are negotiated on an individual basis.
